As a Location Recovery Manager in the Relationship Banking Group specializing in Recovery Common Cost Allocation, your role involves creating a team of dedicated and ambitious Collection Team Managers and Collection Executives. Your main focus will be to motivate and lead your team towards efficient control of debtors, ensuring quality service to customers, and improving portfolio performance in the respective location. Your strategic planning will play a vital role in managing NPAs effectively and adhering to the bank's processes and procedures.
