Job Description

Role Overview: As an Account Lead at Magnon, a dynamic advertising and localization agency, you will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing key client relationships. Your responsibilities include ensuring client satisfaction, driving revenue growth, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional creative localization solutions. You are expected to be a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of the localization industry, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in managing key client accounts effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients by understanding their business objectives and localization goals. - Act as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring seamless communication and a high level of client satisfaction. - Work closely with internal teams such as creative, media, and analytics to develop and deliver comprehensive localization solutions. - Manage and oversee the end-to-end management of project campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and quality standards. - Monitor project performance, provide strategic insights, and recommendations for optimization. - Effectively manage client budgets, ensure optimal resource utilization, and deliver value for the client's investment. - Provide financial forecasts and reports to both clients and internal stakeholders. - Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to offer valuable insights to clients. - Identify opportunities for account expansion and upselling of additional agency services. - Implement retention strategies to foster long-term partnerships with key clients. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus. - Proven experience in key account management within the localization industry. - Prior experience in managing global clients or brands with a strong understanding of international language standards and expectations. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations. - Demonstrated success in growing accounts in terms of revenue and scope of work. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a deep understanding of client needs.
