Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Loan Sales Executive based in Chennai. As a Loan Sales Executive, you will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying potential clients, understanding their financial needs, and recommending suitable loan products. You will perform daily sales activities, including cold calling, client meetings, and follow-ups to close deals. You will also collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure smooth loan processing and maintain long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, Client Prospecting, and Relationship Management
• Knowledge of Loan Products, Financial Analysis, and Credit Evaluation
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in the financial services industry is required

• Fixed salary + Performance-based incentives (based on loan disbursals).
