Qualifications and Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). - Proven experience of 2-4 years in loan advisory, banking, NBFC, or financial services. - Strong understanding of personal, business, and secured/unsecured loan products. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Target-driven, self-motivated, and customer-focused approach. - High level of integrity and professionalism when handling client financial information.
