Loan Processor (US Mortgage) – Remote (India) Hours: 6 PM–3 AM IST Location: Remote (India) Job Summary: We are hiring a Loan Processor to support U.S. mortgage and title operations. The role involves processing loan files, reviewing documentation, coordinating with lenders/title companies, and ensuring files meet underwriting requirements. Responsibilities: Process and manage loan files from application to closing Review documents for accuracy and completeness Collect & verify borrower income, assets, credit, insurance, and disclosures Coordinate with title companies for processing files Update systems and assist in clearing underwriting conditions Requirements: 2–3 years of work experience (US mortgage/title processing preferred, but not required) Strong spoken & written English Detail-oriented and highly organized Comfortable working night shift Accounting/finance background is a plus Benefits: Fully remote WFH Growth opportunities in mortgage operations Training provided Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Work Location: Remote
