Job Description

A Loan Processor Manager leads a team that handles loan processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of loan applications. They oversee the loan origination, processing, and closing stages, establishing procedures and workflows for efficient loan operations. Key Responsibilities: Supervision and Leadership: Managing a team of loan processors, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. Process Management: Developing and implementing efficient loan processing procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies. Quality Control: Monitoring the accuracy and completeness of loan documentation, identifying and resolving discrepancies. Communication: Collaborating with underwriters, loan officers, and other departments to facilitate the loan process. Performance Improvement: Analyzing processing time, errors, and other key metrics to identify areas for improvement. Training and Development: Ensuring the team has the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively. Skills and Qualifications: Experience: Several years of experience in loan processing, including supervisory or management experience. Knowledge: Understanding of loan processing procedures, lending regulations, and industry best practices. Leadership: Ability to motivate, train, and manage a team effectively. Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement improvements. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues related to loan processing.
