Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Loan Officer located in Noida. The Loan Officer will be responsible for evaluating, authorizing, and recommending approval of loan applications. Day-to-day tasks include interviewing applicants, reviewing financial information, and assessing creditworthiness. Additional responsibilities include customer service, loan origination, and ensuring compliance with lending policies.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Loan Officer and in Loan Origination
• Strong finance and underwriting skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to assess creditworthiness and financial information
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field is preferred
• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards
