Job Summary: Synfra is looking for a proactive and field-oriented Field Executive – Vendor Support to identify, onboard, and manage relationships with equipment rental vendors across assigned regions. This is an on-ground role requiring daily visits to construction sites, industrial clusters, and local equipment hubs. The ideal candidate must own a bike for mobility and have basic computer and mobile app knowledge to guide vendors through digital onboarding. Key Responsibilities: a) Conduct regular field visits to construction sites, equipment markets, and industrial areas to identify and engage potential equipment rental vendors. b) Build and maintain a categorized database of vendors based on equipment type, availability, and location. c) Present Synfra’s value proposition using app demos, brochures, and one-on-one interactions. d) Support vendors in the registration and KYC process, helping them list their equipment with accurate details, documents, and photos. e) Act as the key point of contact between vendors and Synfra’s backend team for order execution and issue resolution. f) Coordinate dispatch and pickup logistics to ensure timely equipment delivery as per client requirements. g) Maintain daily activity reports, including vendor meetings, onboarding status, and operational updates. h) Verify submitted documentation and equipment details, ensuring compliance with Synfra’s quality and safety standards. i) Liaise with customers during delivery or inspection to ensure a seamless vendor-client experience. Manager Operations Profile Summary: We are looking for a proactive and experienced Loan Officer with hands-on knowledge in Business Loans and Commercial Vehicle Loans. The ideal candidate should have a strong network of DSAs (Direct Selling Agents) and experience in liaising with banks and NBFCs. This is a field-intensive role and requires excellent communication and client handling skills. Key Responsibilities: Generate and follow up on leads for Business Loans and Commercial Vehicle Loans. Build and maintain relationships with DSAs, NBFCs, and Banks to expand the loan distribution network. Identify and onboard new DSAs for loan sourcing. Prepare complete and accurate client loan files including KYC, financials, and other necessary documentation. Upload client details and documents on respective bank and NBFC portals for loan processing. Ensure proper client communication from sourcing to disbursal, providing end-to-end engagement and support. Meet clients on-site for document collection, discussion, and follow-ups. Maintain a strong pipeline and update daily work logs and progress reports. Assist with occasional office tasks related to client documentation and reporting.
