Role: Head of Business Development 📍 Location: NCR (Delhi/Gurgaon/Noida) 🕒 Experience: 5+ years in construction, infrastructure, or related B2B segments 🎓 Education: MBA in Marketing/Sales or equivalent experience 💼 Type: Full-Time 💰 Compensation: Competitive Salary Key Responsibilities: •⁠ ⁠Drive business growth by identifying and onboarding key clients and partners. •⁠ ⁠Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies. •⁠ ⁠Lead outreach efforts to expand the platform’s user base in the construction ecosystem. •⁠ ⁠Foster strong B2B relationships and manage the entire sales lifecycle. •⁠ ⁠Collaborate cross-functionally to align business goals with market execution. •⁠ ⁠Represent the company at industry events and drive brand visibility.
