Loan Officer

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Home Loan Relationship Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end home loan process with major banks including SBI, Bank of Baroda, HDFC, and Bank of India. The role involves guiding customers through the complete loan journey, from application to disbursement, ensuring a smooth experience and timely processing. Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end processing of home loans with leading banks (SBI, BOB, HDFC, BOI, etc.). Interact with customers to understand their loan requirements and provide suitable solutions. Collect, verify, and process all required documents. Coordinate with banks for approvals, queries, and disbursements. Ensure compliance with banking norms and internal guidelines. Maintain strong relationships with customers and provide after-sales support. Meet assigned targets for loan sourcing and closures. Desired Candidate Profile:Graduate in any stream (Finance/Commerce preferred). Prior experience in banking, NBFC, or DSA (Direct Selling Agent) channel preferred. Good communication and negotiation skills. Ability to handle multiple bank processes simultaneously. Target-oriented and customer-centric approach.
