Job Description

12Role & responsibilities

Identify and source potential customers for retail loan products (personal loans, home loans, business loans, auto loans, etc.).
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
Conduct customer profiling and assess eligibility based on credit and financial parameters.
Explain loan features, terms, interest rates, and repayment structures to customers.
Collect and verify required documentation from applicants.
Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan processing and disbursement.
Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Participate in marketing activities, loan camps, and promotional events to generate leads.

Preferred candidate profile

12th

Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
13 years of experience in loan sales, banking, or financial services (freshers may be considered for junior roles)
Knowledge of local markets and customer segments preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
Good understanding of financial products and credit assessment
Negotiation and persuasion skills
Customer-focused approach
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools, loan management systems)
