Lendly Home Loans is looking for high-intent BBA / B.Com / MBA/ Engineering students or fresh graduates who want real exposure to business, not certificates or time-pass internships.

This is an unpaid, hands-on internship that can convert into a paid part-time or full-time role based purely on performance.

If you’re someone who wants to learn how real businesses are built, this will be intense, and you will be directly reporting to the founders.

You’ll Work Directly With the Founder

1. You will work closely with the founder, not layers of management, a 3rd-time entrepreneur who built Open Loans & UnicornShift (Australia) & Senior baking professionals.
2. You’ll see how decisions are actually made, not just how slides are presented.

What You Will ACTUALLY Learn

1. Practical finance & home loans (real files, real customers)
2. Sales, persuasion & customer communication
3. How leads are converted into revenue
4. How a startup operates day-to-day
5. Business thinking that helps you succeed in jobs or build your own company

2. Strong Telugu communication (mandatory)

Internship Structure

1. Duration: 3 months
2. Unpaid Internship, ccan convert to paid part-time/full-time

4. Location: Vijayawada / Remote
