Description & Requirements

Summary: The Product Support Analyst will serve as a key Technical resource, providing support for LN ERP systems, specifically within the Logistics and Manufacturing domains. The role demands a blend of technical expertise and functional understanding to troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve customer-reported issues while ensuring smooth product functionality in real-world business scenarios.

Responsibilities:

Learn and understand product functionality- with real business applications.
Simulate & troubleshoot reported problems on customer and internal environments/ cloud tenants.
To work with customers and in some cases, internal stakeholders (Development, GPS, CloudOps, IMS) to resolve reported issues.
Provide technical/ functional guidance to customers
Foster team work within the organisation by contributing to the rest of the team.
Ready to work in all shifts based on Business Requirements.

Preferred Qualification:

5-6 years of technical experience in ERP (LN, SAP, Oracle Apps) will be an advantage.
Should have knowledge on coding, Bshell Trace Reading, debugging, CGP analysis,
Awareness of Business Processes Cycles, Sales/Purchase, Production, and Warehousing modules.

Basic Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree in Technology/ Engineering
Computer Science preferred.
