Strong experience with Cornerstone LMS Administration (minimum 3yrs) ,including:
o Assigning training
o Creating and updating curricula
o Managing sessions using advanced functionality
o Adding and maintaining training history records
o Ability to load, test, and troubleshoot issues with eLearning Modules (SCORM, AICC)
o Strong customer service orientation and ability to support a global user base professionally and efficiently
o Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing/workflow systems (preferred)
o Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools (e.g., generating LMS reports, dashboard views)
o Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Information Technology, Quality Management or equivalent
