Job Summary

At Bluphlux, we are seeking a talented LLM Engineer to join our team and help revolutionize the recruitment process using Language Models (LLMs). As an LLM Engineer, you will be instrumental in developing and enhancing our AI algorithms to ensure unparalleled accuracy in ranking resumes against job descriptions. You will work closely with our innovative team to drive positive change and deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and enhance AI algorithms for resume ranking using LLMs.
Collaborate with the team to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process.
Ensure the accuracy and reliability of the AI models in matching candidates to job descriptions.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in LLM technology and apply them to our systems.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our patented AI algorithm.

Required Qualifications

Less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
Bachelors degree from a Tier 2 college.
Strong understanding of Language Models and their applications.
Experience with AI and machine learning technologies.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

Experience with recruitment technologies.
Knowledge of AI patent processes.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to adapt to new technologies quickly.
