Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kolkata for an LLM Developer. The LLM Developer will be responsible for back-end web development, software development, and programming tasks using languages such as Python, Java, and Node. The role will involve working on object-oriented programming principles to create scalable and robust server-side applications.

Qualifications:

Expertise in Agentic AI & Advanced LLM Development

• Exceptional proficiency in LangGraph and LangChain

  for designing, developing, and orchestrating complex, stateful, and controllable AI workflows.
• Strong practical knowledge of

  Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures

  , including vector embeddings, re-rankers, and efficient data indexing, to significantly enhance LLM capabilities within agentic flows.
• Proven ability to

  train and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs)

  for specific domains and tasks, ensuring optimal performance and relevance.
• Expertise in

  prompt engineering

  , LLM performance optimization, and implementing responsible AI practices to build ethical and effective solutions.

Robust Software Engineering & Backend Development

You'll be building scalable and reliable systems, so strong software engineering fundamentals are crucial:

• Expert-level proficiency in Python

  , including its core data science and web development ecosystems (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, FastAPI).
• Demonstrated experience with

  Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)

  principles and design patterns, critical for developing modular and maintainable agent components.
• Solid experience in

• A strong grasp of

  software development best practices
