Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, or messaging platforms in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate product/service information and assist users with troubleshooting, order tracking, account issues, or general questions.
Maintain a friendly and empathetic tone while handling multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher support levels or relevant departments.
Document and update customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions in the CRM or ticketing system.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), FAQs, and internal guidelines to ensure consistent communication.
Identify customer pain points and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.
Collaborate with sales, technical, or operations teams if needed to resolve customer queries.
Monitor and meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, CSAT (Customer Satisfaction Score), and productivity.
Suggest process improvements or FAQ updates based on recurring customer feedback.
