Job Opportunity: Full-Time Core Litigation Advocate

Delhi’s leading litigation-focused firm, based in Dabri Mod, Janakpuri, is looking to onboard a seasoned and independent Litigation Advocate for a full-time, on-site position.

Position: Senior Litigation Advocate (Full-Time, On-Site)

Location: Dabri Mod, Janakpuri, West Delhi

Experience Required: 6–7+ years PQE in core litigation & arbitration

Essential Qualifications & Expertise

• Proven track record of regular and effective court appearances across Delhi courts and tribunals
• Deep expertise in: – Civil & Commercial Litigation – Corporate & Business Disputes – Consumer, Recovery & DRT matters – Industrial & Labour Laws – Domestic & Commercial Arbitration
• Ability to single-handedly manage matters from inception to execution: legal research, drafting of plaints/petitions/applications, evidence, arguments, and enforcement
• Outstanding drafting, pleading, and oral advocacy skills
• Strong courtroom presence with persuasive and strategic argumentation
• Excellent command over English (written & spoken), professional demeanor, and quick responsiveness

Work Schedule & Conditions

• Strictly on-site (no hybrid, work-from-home, freelance, or retainership)
• Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Preference for candidates residing in South West Delhi or West Delhi for seamless commuting

Compensation

₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month (gross)

Higher compensation open for negotiation for truly exceptional profiles with demonstrable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently handle a full docket of litigation and arbitration matters
• Formulate case strategy, conduct in-depth research, draft high-quality pleadings and applications
• Represent clients effectively in courts, tribunals, and arbitration proceedings
• Drive matters to successful resolution with proactive planning and client-centric approach
