Key Requirements:Exceptional drafting skills for legal documents.Proven courtroom acumen with strong advocacy abilities.Outstanding presentation and communication skills.Unwavering dedication to client service, prioritizing client interests.Ability to engage with clients, provide counsel, discuss case details, strategize, and propose remedies.Minimum 3-4 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE), including at least 3 years of active courtroom exposure.Expertise in civil, business, corporate, and commercial litigation matters.Fluency in Hindi, English, and Marathi.Mumbai native, as the role involves handling matters exclusively in the Mumbai region.
