Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Promote and sell liquid inks (HR, TT, extrusion inks) to clients in the packaging and printing industry.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for customers on ink usage and performance.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable ink solutions.
Coordinate with the R&D and technical teams to ensure product compatibility and quality.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and technical demonstrations.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct regular client visits across assigned territories (extensive travel required).
Keep up to date with market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Ink Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of liquid inks used in extrusion coating, HR (High Resistance) inks, and TT (Thermal Transfer) inks specifically for Gravure and Flexographic printing applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Science (Chemistry or related field preferred).
4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in ink sales (Gravure & Flexo printing).
Strong technical knowledge of ink formulation and application, especially extrusion-grade and HR/TT inks.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings, product demos, and site support.
