Garments Manufacturing Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Garment Manufacturing Manager to oversee daily production operations and ensure high-quality garment output in line with cost, time, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of garment production processes, quality control, and team leadership, along with a commitment to efficiency and innovation. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership Production & Operational Management Team & Organizational Development Process Improvement & Compliance Cost Control & Resource Optimization Client & Stakeholder Engagement Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred. Minimum 10–15 years of experience in garment manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (GM/Plant Head/Operations Head). Excellent leadership, negotiation, and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in ERP systems, production planning software, and analytical tools.
