Garments Manufacturing Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Garment Manufacturing Manager to oversee daily production operations and ensure high-quality garment output in line with cost, time, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of garment production processes, quality control, and team leadership, along with a commitment to efficiency and innovation.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in garment manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (GM/Plant Head/Operations Head).
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, production planning software, and analytical tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Fixed shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Yearly bonus
