Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Instructor and Product Engineer located in Panipat. The Instructor and Product Engineer will be responsible for providing product training, developing training material, and delivering presentations. Daily tasks also include analyzing student performance, improving course content, and enhancing training methods. This role involves considerable interaction with students and requires effective communication and mentoring. DSA (C++) Trainer Key Responsibilities: Teach Data Structures & Algorithms in C++ to students from beginner to advanced levels. Create engaging lesson plans, problem sets, and coding exercises. Mentor students for competitive programming and coding interviews. Conduct doubt-solving sessions and code reviews. Stay updated with the latest developments in algorithms and C++ features. Skills Required: Strong proficiency in C++ , STL, and problem-solving. Deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, and complexity analysis. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience with online judges like LeetCode, Codeforces, CodeChef, etc. (preferred). Linux Trainer Key Responsibilities: Conduct training sessions on Linux fundamentals, shell scripting, system administration , and related tools. Prepare and deliver practical, hands-on labs for students. Teach concepts like file system hierarchy, process management, networking, permissions, etc. Support students in preparing for Linux-related certifications (e.g., RHCSA, LFCS). Maintain and update training materials based on industry standards. Skills Required: Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems and command-line tools. Experience in shell scripting (Bash), Linux administration, and networking basics. Familiarity with server configurations and security practices. Good communication and training delivery skills. Eligibility: Only M.Tech graduates in Computer Science / Information Technology or related fields will be considered for this role.
