Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve
  technical issues
  across multiple services.
- Implement and enforce
  best practices and IT policies
  .
- Provide
  hands-on technical support
  in a fast-paced, demanding environment.

System Monitoring & Maintenance:
- Monitor
  assigned systems
  and perform
  routine testing
  .
- Identify areas for
  continuous improvement
  and recommend optimizations.
- Document and report
  test results and system performance metrics
  .

Vendor & Stakeholder Management:
- Manage
  3rd party vendors
  to ensure
  service delivery and issue resolution
  .
- Escalate
  non-delivery issues
  in a timely and structured manner.

Project Collaboration & Customer Engagement:
- Work closely with project teams to
  meet client commitments
  .
- Translate
  customer requirements
  into
  detailed technical specifications
  .
- Provide
  regular status updates
  to stakeholders and contribute to reports.
- Ensure proper
  escalation of project or customer issues
  for quick resolution.

Leadership & Coordination:
- Complete
  complex/non-standard tasks
  independently.
- Oversee and coordinate
  team activities
  as needed.
