Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

ETL Developer

to provide

hands-on technical support, troubleshoot issues, optimize ETL performance, and ensure best practices

in data integration. The ideal candidate will have strong

Informatica and SSIS expertise

, along with experience in

cloud environments and automation tools

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and resolve
ETL-related issues while enforcing best practices and policies.
Monitor and
perform routine system tests
, reporting results and identifying potential improvements.
Identify opportunities for
continuous optimization and performance tuning
.
Contribute to and generate
regular status reports
.
Work closely with
third-party vendors
for ETL-related services and support.
Escalate
delivery and technical issues
in a structured and timely manner.
Provide
hands-on technical support
across multiple ETL and data integration services.
Collaborate within
project teams
to meet client commitments in a fast-paced environment.
Handle
complex and non-standard tasks
, while also overseeing work of others when required.
Understand customer requirements and
translate them into detailed specifications
.
Provide
timely issue resolution
following established escalation procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

4-6 years of experience in ETL development
, particularly with
Informatica
.
Strong understanding of
SSIS ETL packages and ability to transform them into Informatica solutions
.
Experience with
Linux/Unix scripting
and scheduling tools such as
Control-M or Autosys
.
Hands-on experience with
AWS PostgreSQL, MSSQL, and Oracle databases
.
Knowledge of
AWS cloud and DevOps methodologies
is a plus.
Experience in
ETL migration projects
is an advantage.
Strong
problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
.
Ability to work
independently
and within
cross-functional teams
across global locations.
