About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced and results-driven LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist with a strong background in the SaaS industry. In this role, you will be responsible for driving high-quality B2B leads through LinkedIn, targeting decision-makers, and nurturing them through the sales funnel. This is a critical role that directly supports the growth of our sales pipeline and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute LinkedIn-based lead generation strategies tailored to the SaaS market.
• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and automation tools to identify, connect, and engage with relevant prospects.
• Build targeted outreach campaigns to generate qualified leads and book meetings for the sales team.
• Research target industries, companies, and personas to personalize outreach.
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with broader go-to-market strategies.
• Conduct A/B testing on messaging and outreach sequences to improve conversion rates.
• Track and report on lead generation KPIs and performance metrics weekly.
• Maintain up-to-date records of leads and activities in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4–5 years of experience in LinkedIn lead generation, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of generating high-quality leads and booking qualified meetings through LinkedIn.
• Expertise with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and tools like Expandi, Lemlist, Waalaxy, or similar.
• Strong understanding of the SaaS sales funnel and buyer personas.
• Excellent communication, copywriting, and personalization skills.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and email marketing tools.
