Optimise LinkedIn profiles for key stakeholders and maintain the company's LinkedIn page with updated branding and content. Develop and execute LinkedIn content strategies, including posts, articles, and multimedia, in collaboration with the marketing team. Build and maintain professional relationships with key connections, groups, and potential clients. Monitor and respond to interactions, comments, and messages to boost engagement. Track performance metrics like connection growth, post engagement, and campaign ROI, and report actionable insights. Plan, execute, and optimise LinkedIn Ad campaigns for visibility, lead generation, or recruitment purposes. Skills & Qualifications Experience in a LinkedIn-focused role, preferably in a tech or IT environment. Strong understanding of LinkedIn tools (Sales Navigator, Recruiter, Campaign Manager). Excellent communication and content creation skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide insights. Familiarity with IT trends and terminologies is a plus.
