Linguistics Interns


Key Responsibilities

  • Review, proofread, and evaluate

    AI-translated content

    for grammatical and contextual accuracy.
  • Support the development of

    translation glossaries

    and

    language datasets

    .
  • Collaborate with AI and NLP teams to enhance

    language models

    .
  • Conduct

    linguistic quality checks

    for documents across multiple formats (Word, PDF, PPT).
  • Research linguistic nuances, tone, and cultural adaptations for different languages.


Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong command over

    English

    and at least one

    Indic or European language

    (e.g., Hindi, Spanish, French, German, Italian, etc.).
  • Excellent

    grammar, vocabulary, and attention to detail

    .
  • Interest in

    translation, AI, and linguistics technology

    .
  • Familiarity with translation tools (CAT tools, Google Translate, DeepL, etc.) is a plus.
  • Students or graduates in

    Linguistics, English, Literature, Translation Studies, or related fields

    are encouraged to apply.
