ALSTOM India Limited is looking for Line Manager to join our team

Lead and facilitate effective team working among team members for maintenance, servicing, and renovation activities.
Deliver shift briefings to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
Ensure compliance with EHS policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Provide real-time updates to the Operations Manager on progress, deviations, and adverse events.
Maintain accurate documentation and procedures to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Support team development through skills matrix reviews and training identification.
