Lifestyle Manager

As a Lifestyle Manager at The Celestial, a Luxury Lifestyle management company, your role will involve on-boarding new clients, managing requests, and handling CRM administration for some of our most valuable Members. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing excellent customer service to Members over the phone and in person - Conducting research and putting together proposals - Liaising with suppliers on behalf of Members - Maintaining accurate log of Member data in CRM - Representing The Celestial at networking events - Meeting individual and team KPIs - Acquiring new UHNI clients Qualifications required for this role: - Preferred background in Events, Hospitality, Luxury brands, or UHNW Individuals Servicing - A good network of Agencies and agents of Luxury products/services - Excellent written & oral communication skills in English and Hindi - Exceptional attention to detail - Creative problem-solving skills - Ability to work towards strict deadlines and under pressure - Strong online research skills - A "Can-Do" attitude - Passionate about customer relation building - Strong work ethics - Self-Starter If you are looking to join a company with a vision to be one of the Top Global Luxury Lifestyle Management Company, catering to the world's top UHNWI's, then The Celestial is the place for you.
