Your responsibilities will include: - On-boarding new clients and managing their demanding lifestyle needs - Providing access to exclusive events like Wimbledon, UEFA Champions Leagues, and concerts by artists like Taylor Swift and Coldplay - Planning extravagant events, parties, and making reservations for restaurants, chauffeurs, and hotels - Sourcing limited edition luxury items and organizing once-in-a-lifetime experiences Qualifications Required: - 4-5 years of experience in Events, Hospitality, Luxury brands, or servicing UHNW Individuals - Strong network of agencies and agents dealing with luxury products/services - Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi - Exceptional attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities - Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and conduct thorough online research - A proactive "Can-Do" attitude, passion for customer relations, strong work ethics, and self-motivation In this role, you will be expected to provide excellent customer service, conduct research, liaise with suppliers, maintain CRM data, represent The Celestial at networking events, meet KPIs, and acquire new UHNI clients.
