Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Liferay Tech Lead with 7-11 years of experience to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Liferay and technical leadership.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead the development and implementation of Liferay solutions, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions.
Design, implement, and maintain large-scale Liferay applications, including configuration, customization, and integration.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues, providing root cause analysis and recommendations for improvement.

Job Requirements

Strong expertise in Liferay, with at least 7 years of experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale applications.
Proven track record of technical leadership and mentoring, with experience in managing and guiding junior team members.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems, such as Git.
