Power BI Tech Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end development of
Power BI dashboards and reports
.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Design, develop, and optimize
complex SQL queries
for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
Develop and maintain
SSRS
and
Report Builder
-based solutions.
Ensure
data accuracy, performance, and scalability
across BI deliverables.
Provide
technical leadership
to a team of 34 BI developers, including code reviews and best practice guidance.
Stay updated with the latest BI technologies and trends to enhance the organization’s reporting capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years
of experience in
Business Intelligence and Data Analytics
.
Expert-level proficiency
in
Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling)
.
Strong hands-on experience with
SQL
(complex queries, stored procedures, performance tuning).
Proficiency in
SSRS
and
Report Builder
.
Solid understanding of
data warehousing
concepts and
ETL
processes.
Proven experience managing a team of
3–4 developers
(beyond mentoring).
Excellent
communication
,
analytical
, and
stakeholder management
skills.
Experience in the
US Healthcare domain
– good to have.
