Job Overview:

Power BI Tech Lead

Primary Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of BI solutions using
Power BI
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements
Build interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations tailored to business needs
Write and optimize complex
SQL queries
for efficient data extraction and transformation
Design and manage robust
data warehouse (DWH)
solutions ensuring data integrity and scalability
Guide and mentor a team of BI developers and analysts, ensuring technical best practices are followed
Own project delivery, timelines, and resource allocation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, analysts, and business users
Drive continuous improvement in reporting architecture and data models

Required Skills:

Expertise in
Power BI
dashboards, DAX, Power Query, data modeling
Proficient in
Advanced SQL
complex joins, stored procedures, performance tuning
Strong understanding of
Data Warehousing concepts
and architecture
Experience in handling
end-to-end BI development lifecycle
Proven
team leadership
skills mentoring, task delegation, performance management
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
