Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 6-8 years of experience to lead our team as a Liferay Team Lead. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading teams and implementing Liferay solutions.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead the development and implementation of Liferay projects, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation, and status reports to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and company policies.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving overall code quality.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of Liferay architecture, features, and functionality.
Experience in leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and version control systems like Git.
