Life Sciences / Scientific Recruiter – (US Region)

Desired Experience: 3 to 8 years

Work Location: Pune / Hyderabad.

Timings: 6:30 pm to 3:30 am (IST)

Overview of Responsibilities

 Identify entry through senior level talent for a range of scientific and non-scientific positions within

life science organizations.

 Employ advanced knowledge of internet search engines, networking sites, and job boards in

attracting the best talent.

 Engage in recruiting and sourcing strategies for various locations in the US.

 Partner with management to understand business goals and recruiting strategies.

 Prioritize requisitions averaging between 5-15 positions.

 Utilize interpersonal, organization, reasoning and decision-making skills to effectively reach active

and passive jobseekers.

 Efficiently manage administrative aspects of role, such as responsive candidate outreach and follow-

up, posting requisitions to job boards, applicant tracking and adding relevant notes to applicant

tracking system.

Qualifications

 Must have track record of placing contract/temp professionals within scientific functions (e.g.,

QC/QA, Manufacturing Technicians, Process Technicians, Chemists, Microbiologists, Research

Associates, and related skill areas.)

 Experience with various applicant tracking systems (ATS) and basic use or knowledge of vendor

management systems (VMS).

 Candidate placements within contract/temp roles is required; direct hire placements a plus.

 Experience recruiting for non-scientific areas within the Life Sci industry (clinical, information

technology, professional, administrative, etc.) a plus.

 Must be responsive, adaptable, prioritize daily tasks with sense of urgency, and be a team player!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹550,000.00 - ₹1,150,000.00 per year
