About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Licensing Adoption & Application Support

Prepare, organize, and submit initial multi-state licensing documents.
Manage the full adoption licensing submission workflow from data collection to application assembly.
Track state-specific requirements and meet all deadlines.
Ensure all forms and files are accurate, complete, and compliant
Maintain up-to-date records, trackers, and documentation logs
Coordinate with U.S. teams to gather required data and approvals
Interpret and adhere to state-specific certification guidelines
Track deadlines and ensure all filings and renewals are submitted on time
Manage email communication, documentation updates, and follow-ups
Perform additional administrative and compliance-related tasks as needed

Required Skills:

Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail with zero-error documentation standards
Ability to understand, interpret, and follow compliance procedures
Effective coordination and interpersonal communication abilities
Proficiency with Zoho applications, especial sheets, and docs.
Capacity to work efficiently in a structured, deadline-driven environment
