Role & responsibilities

• Ensure

  statutory compliance

  in land acquisition, land use conversion, building approvals, zoning, and environmental clearances.
• Track and manage the process for

  registrations, NOCs, sanctions, and renewals

  related to real estate projects.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with

  government officials and consultants

  to expedite approvals.
• Coordinate with legal teams on

  property documents, land titles, and due diligence

  .
• Maintain proper

  documentation, records, and MIS reports

  for liaisoning activities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong networking and relationship-building with government authorities

  .

• Excellent knowledge of

  real estate laws, land acquisition procedures, and approval processes

  .
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
