Position Overview

PDC Buildcon LLP is seeking a Liaisoning Executive to manage coordination and follow-ups with government authorities, statutory bodies, and external agencies related to construction projects. The role requires strong communication, documentation, and coordination skills to ensure smooth approvals and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with government departments, local authorities, and statutory bodies for project-related approvals
  • Handle permissions, NOCs, licenses, and clearances required for construction activities
  • Coordinate with municipal corporations, electricity boards, water supply departments, fire departments, and other relevant authorities
  • Follow up on applications, submissions, and approval statuses
  • Maintain proper documentation, records, and files related to liaisoning work
  • Assist in the submission of drawings, forms, and compliance documents as required
  • Coordinate between internal departments, consultants, and external agencies
  • Ensure timely completion of liaisoning tasks to avoid project delays
  • Stay updated on local rules, regulations, and statutory requirements
  • Support site teams and management with approval-related coordination

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Any Graduate / Diploma (Civil background preferred)
  • Experience:
  • Freshers with strong coordination skills can apply
  • Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in liaisoning work will be preferred

Skills & Requirements

  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Good understanding of government procedures and approval processes
  • Ability to manage documentation and records systematically
  • Good interpersonal and coordination abilities
  • Willingness to travel to government offices as required
  • Knowledge of construction-related approvals is an added advantage
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, email)
