Liaisoning Officer

We are seeking an experienced and well-connected Liaisoning Officer for our New Delhi office. This individual will play a crucial role in managing relationships with government departments, regulatory authorities, industry bodies, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and compliance for our logistics business. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of relevant experience in liaisoning activities, preferably within logistics, transportation, or infrastructure industries.

Key Responsibilities

· Act as the Liason Officer between the company and government authorities (central, state, municipal), as well as private sector clients.

· Represent the company in meetings with government authorities and selected private entities and conduct all official correspondence.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with government authorities, local bodies, port/airport authorities, and other regulatory agencies.

· Coordinate with customs, excise, port, transport, and other departments to ensure smooth clearance and approvals for company operations.

· Track regulatory changes, industry updates, and government policies affecting the logistics sector, and keep management informed.

· Ensure compliance with applicable rules and regulations while minimizing delays and costs due to regulatory requirements.

· Assist internal teams in resolving issues related to statutory bodies, municipal corporations, or other agencies.

· Prepare reports and maintain records of all liaisoning activities and submissions made to authorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
