Designation: Liaisoning Executive/ Liaisoning Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with state and central government departments, DISCOMs, and nodal agencies (like GEDA, MNRE, MEDA, etc.) for project approvals, net metering, and subsidy-related documentation.
• Prepare and review Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), project applications, and related compliance documentation.
• Stay updated with government policies, circulars, and regulations related to solar energy and renewable power.
• Handle liaisoning for statutory approvals — CEIG, load sanction, net-metering, and other permits required for solar projects.
• Prepare and maintain reports, trackers, and documentation for ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Assist the internal teams (sales, design, execution) by providing regulatory and policy inputs during project planning.
• Attend meetings with authorities and represent the company for all government-related correspondence.
• Ensure timely submission of project-related documents and follow up for approvals and clearances.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Electrical, Mechanical, or Energy Engineering (preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 6 months–3 years of experience in solar project liaisoning, PPA preparation, or regulatory compliance.
• Strong understanding of solar energy policies, net metering regulations, and renewable energy frameworks.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with government and utility officials.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and documentation work.
• Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
• Willingness to travel for site visits and government meetings if required.
