About the Role:

Liaisoning Architect

immediate requirement


Key Responsibilities:

If the candidate is a Liaisoning Architect:


Regulatory Approvals

  • Prepare and submit drawings to statutory authorities (PMC, PCMC, PMRDA, etc.)
  • Obtain permissions including:
  • Building Plan Sanction
  • Commencement Certificate (CC)
  • Fire NOC
  • Environmental Clearance (if applicable)
  • AAI Height Clearance / Airport NOC (if applicable)


Coordination

  • Liaise with departments such as town planning, fire, water, and building permissions.
  • Resolve objections raised by authorities in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (structural, MEP, legal) for submission documents.


Documentation & Compliance

  • Ensure accurate and complete documentation in the required formats.
  • Stay updated with DCPR, UDCPR, and other development control regulations.
  • Advise project teams on applicable rules related to FAR, TDR, setbacks, and height.


If the candidate is not a registered architect but has liaisoning experience:


Administrative Coordination

  • Submit and track applications for statutory approvals.
  • Work in collaboration with appointed architects and consultants for technical documents.


Government Liaison

  • Regularly follow up with government departments and officials for file movement.
  • Manage physical and online submissions as required.


Permissions & NOCs

  • Facilitate and secure:
  • Building Plan Approvals
  • Fire NOC, MOEF Clearance, AAI NOC
  • Water Supply and Drainage Connection
  • CC (Completion Certificate) and OC (Occupation Certificate)


Record-Keeping & Reporting

  • Maintain a live tracker of all approval stages.
  • Create and update checklists of required documents and submission timelines.


Desired Candidate Profile:


  • Degree/Diploma in Architecture or related field preferred (but not mandatory)
  • Strong background in liaisoning, especially in real estate or construction sector
  • In-depth knowledge of local building by-laws and urban development policies
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of independently handling authorities


Compensation:

Commensurate with experience and industry standards.
