Role Description

Liaison Responsibilities – PMC / PCMC Projects

As a liaison professional, ensure smooth coordination and compliance with all municipal authorities for real estate development. Key responsibilities include:

1. Submission & follow-up for sanction of proposed building plans
2. Obtaining Commencement Certificate
3. Submission & approval for Plinth Certificate
4. Coordination for all statutory NOCs:

• Elevation Certificate

• Garden NOC

• Water NOC

• Fire NOC

• Drainage NOC

• Aviation Clearance

• Zoning Certificate

5.Completion Certificate documentation & follow-up

6.Tax assessment for land, flats, and commercial units

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service experience
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Good Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision making
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a dynamic environment
• Relevant experience in real estate or related industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
