Leveraged Finance Credit Underwriting - Officer

As a Senior Analyst in the Global Leveraged Finance Underwriting Credit Team (LFU) at Citi, your role will involve delivering top-notch credit risk analysis, monitoring, and credit administration to support the safety and soundness of wholesale lending across ICG. You will collaborate with the LFU team to enhance Citis end-to-end Leveraged Lending credit management process. Key Responsibilities: - Write Annual Reviews and Quarterly Reviews - Support LFU Underwriters on transactions - Assess credit and financial strength of Citis most complex Large Corporate Clients - Monitor the covered portfolio, follow industry trends, and escalate potential credit issues - Evaluate clients" business model, financial performance, and key credit drivers - Build projection models for assessing borrowers" cash flow profile - Provide analytical support for Leveraged Lending transaction origination, portfolio management, and global projects Qualifications: - 4-7 years of credit analysis, origination, or relevant credit experience - Strong analytical skills and understanding of key financial components - Team player with strong work ethic - Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Financial modeling experience - Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and juggle multiple tasks effectively - Awareness and adherence to the control environment Education: - MBA or CFA or CA Note: If you are a person with a disability and need accommodation to use search tools or apply for a career opportunity, review Accessibility at Citi.
