Lending Manager

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing Partners and Lenders to ensure smooth business sourcing and operations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Acquiring Unsecured Loan, Personal Loan, Banking Loan, Home Loan, and Loan against Property customers in the identified segment. - Establishing strong relationships with loan aggregators, channel partners, and financial intermediaries to drive lending business. - Overseeing the loan origination process and ensuring smooth disbursements through Investkrafts lending partners. - Monitoring lending performance, analyzing data, and optimizing product offerings. - Collaborating with legal and compliance teams to streamline loan documentation and agreement processes. - Driving revenue growth through structured loan deals, cross-selling opportunities, and strategic lending partnerships. - Working closely with Partner Onboarding team and operations team to boost Lending sales. - Meeting and exceeding defined targets of new partner acquisitions by analyzing partner traction. - Ensuring strict compliance with internal guidelines and external regulations. Qualifications: - Minimum Bachelors in any field. - Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, Channel Partners, and Team handling. - Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the financial services industry. - Knowledge of Loan products such as Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, and Loan Against Property. - Familiarity with lending regulations, credit assessment frameworks, and risk management. - Strong leadership abilities with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,
