Lender-Borrower Coordinator

About the Role Seeking a Coordinator to oversee and manage financial transactions between lenders and borrowers. This role combines credit assessment, financial advisory, and process management to ensure efficient loan execution and optimal stakeholder alignment.Key Responsibilities - Act as the primary point of contact between financial institutions and clients throughout the lending process - Conduct financial analysis and due diligence on borrowers - Prepare, review, and organize loan documentation and reports - Advise stakeholders on transaction structuring, compliance, and credit risk - Facilitate negotiations, ensuring terms meet all parties’ requirements - Monitor ongoing compliance and manage communication channelsRequirements - 3+ years of experience in corporate finance or similar roles - Proven skills in credit analysis, financial modeling, and risk assessment - Strong communication and negotiation abilities - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesInterested candidates passionate about bridging lenders and borrowers in a dynamic environment are encouraged to apply.
