Role Overview: Key Fincorp Services Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly driven and well-spoken Sales Coordinator who will play a critical role in initiating and executing sales outreach through structured calls with prospective clients. The primary responsibility is to actively follow up on leads, engage with prospective clients, and convert them into active mandates. This individual will be provided with high-quality leads and is expected to maintain consistent contact, communicate solutions clearly, and coordinate internally to ensure successful conversion. While basic CRM and post-sales follow-up will be part of the role, the core focus is on daily client calling and relationship conversion. Key Responsibilities: Primary: Sales Calling & Lead Conversion - Make outbound calls to qualified leads and prospective clients daily, as shared by the business development team. - Clearly explain company services, engage clients, address basic queries, and push for conversion into live deals. - Track and follow up on interested prospects until closure. - Maintain a calling log and update lead status based on daily interactions. - Meet defined calling and conversion targets regularly. Client Coordination & Support - Act as the first point of contact for all new client interactions until handover to the execution team. - Coordinate internal requirements like proposal creation, documentation follow-ups, and meeting setups. - Support senior management in organizing sales meetings and preparing pitch material when required. Basic CRM & Reporting - Maintain essential lead information and call logs in internal tracking systems. - Share daily/weekly progress reports on call outcomes, client interest levels, and conversion status. - Collaborate with the team to improve lead quality and follow-up strategy. Candidate Profile: - Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or relevant field. - Minimum 3 years of experience in telephonic sales, inside sales, or client calling roles. - Strong verbal communication skills and client-handling ability on calls. - Comfortable with structured outreach and working with sales targets. - Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic CRM usage (Zoho/Salesforce or similar) preferred. - Well-organized, goal-oriented, and proactive in follow-ups.
