Legrand - Business Analyst | Order To Cash | (ERP based on AS/400)

Group Legrand India has a strong Sales/Commercial presence and is present in 80+ key locations, with 7 manufacturing sites. We currently operate an ERP based on AS/400 across 20 subsidiaries and are transitioning to SAP S/4HANA. To support and evolve our existing systems, we are hiring a Business Analyst – Order-to-Cash in Mumbai. - Exposure to multi-regional operations (Europe, APAC, LATAM).

Role & responsibilities

Projects & Enhancements

- Lead integration of CRM, WMS, Supply Chain Planning tools, B2B portals, and BI platforms via Talend and Azure Data Platform.

- Translate business needs into functional specifications.

- Validate technical documentation from external partners.

- Coordinate development and testing (SIT, UAT) with business teams.

- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.

Support & Maintenance

- Resolve complex incidents.

- Analyze new business requirements and test functional enhancements.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash and Supply Chain processes (Sales, Distribution, Warehouse Management, Planning).

Experience with ERP systems based on AS/400.

Familiarity with Talend and Azure Data Platform.

Ability to manage end-to-end business flows and system interfaces. Excellent communication and coordination skills in a multicultural environment.

Experience in project management and working with external IT partners.

Experience in a multinational environment.

Additional Information

- Tech Environment: Interest in IBM iSeries (AS/400); openness to future platforms (Windows, Linux)

- Travel: Occasional travel required, including 12 months in France during onboarding
