Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Legal Receivable Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 14 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with expertise in legal receivables.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the collection process of outstanding debts from customers.
Develop and implement effective strategies to minimize bad debt and maximize recoveries.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer disputes and improve cash flow.
Analyze and report on delinquency trends and provide insights for improvement.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Maintain accurate records and reports of all transactions and interactions.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of legal principles and practices related to receivables.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
