Role: Legal Prompt Engineer

Experience: 2+ years

Location: Mumbai (only Mumbai-based candidates will be considered)

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and optimize legal prompts for AI-driven tools and solutions.

- Collaborate with product, technology, and legal teams to enhance AI model accuracy and performance.

- Conduct research on legal use cases, contracts, compliance, and regulatory frameworks to create effective AI workflows.

- Test and refine AI-generated outputs for accuracy, reliability, and business relevance.

- Contribute to the development of innovative LegalTech products by combining legal expertise with prompt engineering.

- Stay updated with advancements in AI, prompt engineering, and legal technology trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or related legal field.

- 2+ years of experience in legal practice, legal operations, or LegalTech.

- Strong interest and proven knowledge in Prompt Engineering and AI-driven legal solutions.

- Understanding of contract lifecycle management, compliance, and legal documentation.

- Excellent analytical, research, and drafting skills.

- Ability to bridge the gap between legal knowledge and technology adoption.

Preferred Attributes

- Prior experience in a LegalTech company or legal automation project.

- Familiarity with AI tools, NLP, or document automation systems.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
