About the Role
We’re hiring an experienced Legal Manager for our leading client in Kochi, with strong expertise in Real Estate and Banking Due Diligence. The role involves handling property-related legal matters, title verification, drafting, and providing strategic legal support.
Key Skills & Requirements
10–15 years’ experience in real estate legal functions (banks/developers/NBFCs preferred)
LLB / LLM with a valid Bar Council license
Strong knowledge of land laws, property registration & due diligence
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel as needed
