We're looking for a dynamic Legal Team Manager to drive compliance, risk mitigation, and litigation management across borders. 🔍 Role Brief As a key member of the legal team, you will: Manage and resolve domestic & international disputes. Ensure compliance with corporate laws including Contract Law & IPR. Draft, vet, and negotiate legal documents, agreements, and notices. Liaise with external legal counsel for civil and criminal litigation. Identify and mitigate legal risks proactively. 🎯 Core Responsibilities Arbitration, mediation, and negotiation of disputes.
